Terms & Conditions
Last updated: January 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the playnice.london website (the "Site") and the booking services provided by PlayNice ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Our Service
PlayNice operates as an intermediary booking service connecting users with third-party nightlife venues ("Clubs"). We facilitate the reservation of tables and guestlist entries but do not own, operate, or control these Clubs.
2. Bookings and Entry
2.1 Discretion of Venue: Admission to any Club is always at the sole discretion of the venue management and security staff. A booking confirmation from PlayNice does not guarantee entry.
2.2 Conditions of Entry: You must comply with all policies of the venue, including but not limited to dress codes, age restrictions (typically 18+ or 21+), and behavioral standards. Failure to comply may result in refusal of entry.
2.3 Identification: Valid government-issued photo identification (Passport or Driving License) is required for entry to all partner venues.
3. Cancellations and No-Shows
If you need to cancel a reservation, please contact us or the venue directly at least 24 hours in advance. Repeated "no-shows" (failure to attend a booking without cancellation) may result in the suspension of your access to our services.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PlayNice shall not be liable for:
- Refusal of entry by any Club
- Personal injury, loss, or damage to property occurring at a Club
- Changes to Club schedules, line-ups, or operating hours
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service
5. User Conduct
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the booking process. You agree not to use our service for any unlawful purpose or to submit false booking requests.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
